  • To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer ready to embrace new challenges and contribute to the growth of the HPS brand across digital channels.

  • ROLE PURPOSE
  • Implement and drive the company’s digital marketing strategy in line with corporate goals. You’ll be a key player in promoting our products and services online, working closely with international subsidiaries and internal teams.

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • - Manage and optimize Google Ads / SEA campaigns at both local and group level.
  • - Ensure the company’s presence is effective and up to date on key industry platforms (e.g. Cadenas, TraceParts).
  • - Oversee the maintenance and performance of websites across the group, ensuring brand consistency and content alignment.
  • - Act as a reference point for the group’s web strategy, collaborating with international teams to implement shared digital initiatives.
  • - Manage and grow our presence on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • - Plan editorial content: select themes, define target audiences, and schedule posts.
  • - Write engaging content for newsletters, email campaigns, and blog posts.
  • - Create and manage website content.
  • - Collaborate with international teams to align marketing strategies and communications.
  • - Support the development of visual content: graphics, flyers, photos, videos, etc. (Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • - Monitor online performance and suggest optimizations (Google Analytics, AdWords).
  • - Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools.
  • - Support the organization of internal and external events (loyalty programs, visits, team-building, etc.).
  • - Serve as backup for marketing operations when needed (e.g. media creation).

  • REQUIREMENTS
  • - Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or similar.
  • - 2–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing (mandatory).
  • - Fluent in English (minimum B2 level); knowledge of German is a plus.
  • - Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • - Solid understanding of web tools: CMS, email marketing, blog platforms.
  • - Experience with SEO, SEA (AdWords), and web traffic analysis (Google Analytics).
  • - Good command of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • - Proactivity, creativity, and autonomy are essential.
  • - Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • - Strong digital literacy: familiar with video conferencing tools, live chat, and social platforms.
